is an independent party entertainment company that provides character performers for private events, parties, and special occasions. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, its subsidiaries, or any other trademarked or copyrighted brand.

We do not claim to represent or offer Disney, Marvel or DC characters or any other licensed intellectual property.

​

All images, names, and descriptions on this website are for entertainment purposes only. Our goal is to bring joy and imagination to children and families while fully respecting the intellectual property rights of others.

Event & Liability Disclaimer

​

For the safety and well-being of all guests, a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times during events and parties. Our performers are entertainers and are not responsible for supervising children at any time. Clients and guests are solely responsible for the behaviour, safety, and well-being of all children attending the event.

​

By booking with Tangled In Tiaras Party & Event Entertainment, you agree that the company, its performers, and staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur during the event, including but not limited to:

• Personal injuries to guests or children

• Property damage

• Allergic reactions to food, makeup supplies/products, or costumes

 

Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring a safe and suitable environment for all attendees and performers.

Rescheduling & Safety Policy

​

• Tangled In Tiaras Party & Event Entertainment reserves the right to reschedule your event in the case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to performer illness, extreme weather, or other emergencies.

• If a performer deems the environment to be unsafe or inappropriate, the company reserves the right to end the performance immediately without a refund. This includes but is not limited to situations involving aggressive behaviour, harassment, hazardous conditions, or a lack of proper adult supervision.

Booking

​

Please ensure you are booking in advance of your event. We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for bookings to guarantee availability.

​

Payment

​

We do not require deposits, but our policy requires payment in full by 1 week before your booking. Some exceptions apply. For most bookings, if payment has not been received before your event and we cannot get in touch with you, your booking will not be held.

​

Weather

​

Please keep in mind we live in Saskatchewan and our weather can be tricky and unpredictable! We do both indoor and outdoor events seasonally, but weather stipulations will apply to keep our performers safe.

​

Winter

If the weather is -25 or below (with the windchill), our performers must stay inside. For all outdoor events during winter, an indoor space for breaks and warming up is required.

​

Summer

For parties and appearances at your home, if the weather is +25 or higher, we ask that the character visit take place inside, or if necessary, a shaded area out of the sun is provided for the visit.

​

For larger outdoor events & bookings with longer timelines, when the weather is hot, we require a space out of the sun/heat for our performers to keep water bottles and take breaks. When possible, it is ideal for our performers to be in a covered/shaded area at the event so they can at least stay out of the sun.

​

Last Minute Policy

​

Booking requests made 72 hours or less prior to the event are subject to a $40 fee in addition to the regular package price.

​

Cancellations

​

We understand things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule an event, please contact us ASAP before the date of your event to do so. If we have your payment, a refund can be provided, or will be held if in the process of rescheduling your booking. Refunds where cancellations are made by clients 48 hours or less before events will be at the discretion of the company.

Travel

​

All bookings outside of Saskatoon will have additional fees applied. Areas within a ~30km radius of Saskatoon including Warman/Martensville/Clavet, will have a flat fee of $5 per character. For any bookings outside of a ~30km radius of Saskatoon, please contact us for mileage rates.

Do you do birthday parties?

Yes! We provide character entertainment services for birthday parties. Please see our Packages to find the best fit for your event needs.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We require a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for bookings, and we do not book further than 2-3 months in advance for most bookings (some exceptions apply).

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of in-person and virtual services for parties, events and more. Please see our Packages here or contact us with any questions!

Do you rent your costumes out?

No. This is not something we have ever or will ever do. Our costumes are all custom-created and very expensive and will only be used by trained members of our team.

​

Do you travel?

We can travel certain distances only when availability permits, and travel fees will be applied. We primarily operate in Saskatoon, so this is to ensure our performers receive proper compensation for their additional driving time and mileage. Travelling far distances takes quite a bit of our time, so it may not always be an option, but we always do our best to accommodate out of town bookings.

Is your company inclusive?

At Tangled In Tiaras, we firmly believe in creating a safe environment for everyone to attend and experience magic. We are strong supporters of the LGBTQ2S+ and disabled communities and will not tolerate any discrimination. We will always encourage everyone to participate in our activities, no matter their race, gender, or ability. Our performers have worked closely with many children and adults with various intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities, and make sure to treat everyone equally with respect. We are always happy to discuss adjusting our activities to ensure we provide the most inclusive environment possible! If you have any questions about our inclusivity policies please let us know.

Select performers have worked as trained support workers for disabled children and/or are learning basic ASL to help communicate with everyone around us. 

​
